The Blues tasted their first defeat in the 2019/2020 Premier League season when the Bechem United boys scored the first goal in the 17th minute into the game through Charles Mensah. The Blues got the equalizer in the 20th minute in an own goal by Kofi Agbesimah.
Bechem United carried the day with a 2 -1 win with a strike from Prince Kwabena Adu in the 43rd minute to give the former Champions who used to play in Bechem as Bechem Chelsea their first loss.
The Blues are 2nd on the league table currently with 2 points difference behind Aduana Stars.
Berekum Chelsea will be playing against Karela FC today at the Berekum Golden City Park at 3 pm.
