Renovation works began on The Berekum circuit court on Monday 25th of this month. The judicial has been in a dilapidated mode for some time now which put workers and justice seekers under intense treat on their lives.
This project is in line with giving a face lift to the judiciary through infrastructure and quality of service delivery.
The works involve re-roofing, ceiling, replacement of windows and doors, floor tilling, provision of water closet toilet sets, septic tank, drainage system, rewiring, new lighting system and painting.
In a statement by the Municipal Engineer of the Berekum Municipal Assembly, the project is expect to last for 6 months and would cost GH¢94930.00.
