The defending League champions, Berekum Chelsea today drew 1-1 with Mighty Jets at the Accra sport Stadium in Accra. Chelsea came back with an equalizer from Captain Abdul Basit from a goal down to secure a point in their first league match.
Berekum Chelsea is poised to maintaining the title with various new signings and tremendous preparation towards the season.
Their next match is with Liberty Professional next week at the Berekum Golden City Park.
