As part of efforts to bring development to Berekum, the citizens of Berekum came together late last year to put their efforts, resources and knowledge together to help accelerate development in Berekum, mainly because of retarded development Berekum has seen for the past two decades.
The association has chalked a number of successes, and continues to thrive on; providing various amenities, projects and advocacy towards the objective of bringing the ‘Golden City’ back.
It has been very vocal on topical issues in Berekum, which had influenced a number of policy directions of government to the advantage of Berekum.
