Golden Minds in collaboration with Berekumcity.com successfully organised a youth empowerment summit over the weekend, Saturday, 21st of July, 2012, with theme, We Are The Future. The program brought students from BESS, PRESEC, STABUSCO, ALL For Christ Senior High schools and the general public to motivate and inspire them on the topics;
Call to Leadership delivered by Mr. Andrew Korankyi (KODA- Shalom Radio Administrator),
Vision Discovery, delivered by Rev Solomon Kwasi Adoma (President, Impact Youth International Ministry),
Women Empowerment by Mrs Elizabeth Osei-Kumi (CEO, Queen Elizabeth Classics)
and Entrepreneurship by Mr. Augustine Gyan (CEO, ERA and O Limited).
Rev. Joe Yachira- CEO and founder of All For Christ Ministry and Schools was the special guest of Honour, who gave a short massage on the need to acquire wisdom.
The chairperson of the function, the Adontenhene of Kato, encourage the youth and the students to read at least a book a week and could also take advantage of the AKCOMLIP initiative by the Queen of Kato.
